How do I use it?

Step 1: Quick Preparation

The first thing to do is to make sure your trainer is clean. Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth so that the word "top" at its base is facing upwards. Bite down on the mouthpiece to secure it in place.

Step 2: Learn to Breathe Correctly (With Exercises for Intensification)

Choose a comfortable position - you can stand, sit with a straight back, or even use the trainer during sports exercises to add extra load to your breathing muscles. Adjust the resistance of the trainer so that breathing is somewhat challenging but remains comfortable. Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece to the limit of your capacity, and then slowly exhale to the last breath. Step 3: Exhalation Control

After completing the exercise, remove the trainer and rest, breathing naturally. Repeat the exercise 10 times to complete one set. Do 2-4 sets a day, preferably before meals.
